We asked one of the children with whom we work occasionally to hand draw this image for us, which captures perfectly what drives our work and the principles, values, attitudes, mindsets and traits that we bring into everything we do.


The tree itself is symbolic, which is why we chose it - we understand that healthy seeds have to be sown in the right conditions to establish strong roots and trunks in order that the branches are nurtured and what grows on the branches can flourish.  


That's how we view progress and development, both personal or professional.

 The Progress Company was founded upon a genuine passion for people’s development both personally and professionally. 


We want to support and facilitate the development of leaders and managers and all of our other clients via training and coaching opportunities aimed at building a solid foundation of healthy and positive attitudes and mindsets  on which to gain and enhance skills, knowledge and experience.  


We want to facilitate, encourage, motivate,  inspire and support leaders, individuals and groups across all sectors and industries and in the community to become more confident across their range of duties and responsibilities while challenging them all to develop, nurture and grow  useful and beneficial life skills, a more positive and healthy attitude, a broadened mindset and mental and emotional strength and confidence.
 

We want to inspire people to follow their ambitions, set and rise to challenges, overcome fears and obstacles and to learn and grow. 

 
We strive to contribute to encouraging a society in which people are more positive, confident, accepting and respectful both within and of themselves, towards others and in their attitudes and mindsets, which will penetrate through to all aspects of their lives. 

  

We work together with people to help them achieve their goals.  Our aim is to make a positive impact upon and difference to people in the workplace, at home, in the community and in society not just in the UK, we want to reach out to and work with people globally in business,  in education and in the community.

Working with businesses, educational institutions, and wider communuty groups in the UK and internationally, we want to facilitate and support people's learning, development, growth and progress and via training and development and coaching and mentoring  interventioms:


Formal and/or bespoke training or assessment and certification: leadership and management courses and qualifications (ILM or tailored).  Other subject areas covered include customer service, business & administration and IAG.


Non-formal and/or bespoke training and development

 

uGROW development programmes:  formal  or non formal delivery of a series of bespoke training and development courses and workshops 


Coaching and Mentoring:  We offer individual or group coaching sessions using a variety of models and styles to suit the client/s. We also act as mentors for those who need a different style of support.
